Terry has over 20 years HR and line management experience, within the Manufacturing and Service sectors. As HR Director for 10 years he has galvanised boards, coached and motivated line managers, involved and engaged all staff in moving the business forward. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, a Grand Master of Keeping Things Simple and a Manchester United nut.

Cathryn has 20 years sales and customer management experience within the Print Industry, working with in-house teams and managing 3rd party contracts. She currently lectures at Milton Keynes College. She is a Manchester City fan and therefore the brains of the outfit.

We both have a strong sense of community and are actively involved in local charities and community events. We have run play groups, been school governors, members of parish councils, pantomime actress and bell ringer.

We give one day per month free to local charities needing help and advice and actively support the Samaritans.
